Flow

Pop-ups are full-step overlays — a welcome or closing card, a lead-capture form, an embedded widget, or a gate that a viewer must clear before continuing. Unlike a hotspot that points at an element, a pop-up covers the step and drives a decision.

Rows

Style
Classic or Modern popup layout for this overlay.
Content — Title / Text
The heading and rich-text body the viewer reads, with support for variables.
Cover / Cover step
An image or a step screenshot shown as the pop-up's cover.
Media — Background / Remove logo

Type / Action / Button / Button text
What the pop-up's call to action does — a button, a link, a form, or an embedded widget — and its label.
Embed / Embed provider / Source
Paste a widget's embed code (e.g. a Calendly scheduler) to run inside the pop-up.
Gate / Gate type / Password / Let viewers skip
Require a password, email, or allow/deny domain list before the viewer can pass this step.
Position / Content position / Text theme / Corner radius
Where the content sits inside the overlay and how it is styled.
Before step / Target Chapter / Target Step
Where the pop-up appears in the flow and which step or chapter it targets.

Tips

  • Use a start pop-up to set context and an end pop-up to send viewers to a booking link or trial signup.
  • A gate with an allow-list of domains keeps a demo private to specific customers.
  • For a guide that points at a specific on-screen element instead of covering the step, use Call-to-action.
